Each feature below references the five F(H) self-exploration pillars: body, influences, experiences, time, and goals.

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS FOR YOUR BODY

As you learned on the body self-exploration page, there are 11 primary systems within the human body. Food, training, competition, recovery, school stress, age, and gender are all examples of what impact your body every second of every day. With pre-designed plans, you have resources to refer to on the member page and the app.

1. Onboarding

Information for choosing proper assessment programs. You can't choose a proper workout program without acknowledging your training history, status, skill level, age, and available resources (equipment, recovery tools, etc.). One online group video call voucher is built in for questions.

2. Self-Assessments

Programs are pre-designed with options based on training history, status, skill level, age, and available resources. (We're being repetitive because those details are extremely important.) Nutrition and goal setting is also included.

3. Training Plans

Programs are pre-designed with options based on training history, status, skill level, age, available resources AND sport season (off-season, pre-season, in-season, post-season).

4. Training Plan Details

Video demonstrations, warmups, training routines, cooldowns, sets, reps, break times, and intensities (weight lifted, heart rates, durations, etc.) calculated for you based on the data you enter during your assessments.

5. Change Of Season

Specific instructions are provided during initial onboarding for how to plan your schedule in anticipation of training plan season changes (offseason, pre-season, in-season, and post-season). Simply choose the proper plan on the member page.

6. Change Of Sport

As with the Change Of Season, simply choose the new sport of choice and follow the instructions accordingly. (Which also discuss recovery periods)

Pre-Designed System Example

Using the scenario of a basketball schedule. Assumptions: 1) No fall sport 2) No acute or chronic injuries 3) Training status: trained.

Note: Specific instructions are included on the member page for how to choose programs over the course of the year based on scenarios.

Mid-June

Post-Season

Travel/AAU ball is done. Summer camps are done. No more than two week post-season to reduce effects from detraining. Athlete follows f(H) guidelines.

Start Of July

Offseason

Athlete purchases f(H) week long assessment plan. Once completed, athlete purchases appropriate f(H) basketball off-season program. Data from the assessment populates the plan.

Start Of October

Pre-Season

Athlete purchases f(H) basketball pre-season program.

End Of November

In-Season

Athlete purchases f(H) basketball in-season program.
