Pre-Designed Plans w/ Online Content

Delivery Method: 100% self-guided plans via app platform w/ access to evolving member page of f(H) content.

Body, Influences, Experiences, Time, & Goals: Guidance is available in the form of readable content.

System Purpose: to provide all student athletes with an elite resource for growth at an affordable price.
SYSTEM 2

Custom Plans w/1on1 Coaching

Delivery Method: Various levels of F(H) professional guidance with access to F(H) member content all built around custom plans uploaded to an app platform.

Timing: Can start anytime.

Body, Influences, Experiences, Time, & Goals: Guidance in the form of one-on-one sessions.

Control: Packages are available for one or multiple sport training season(s) (i.e. offseason, pre-season, in-season, post-season) or 6 month

Details: Plans range from (1) one-on-one meeting each week to being able to text anytime. Training and nutrition plan monitoring and feedback 1-7 days a week is also available.
